Event Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Head of Event Sales & Reservations

To support our team, we are looking for the next possible date, a

Management

for our event sales & group reservation work

(This position is for on-site work only. Remote work is not possible in this position).

YOUR TASKS:

  • Event sales
  • Preparation of offers and contract negotiations
  • Management and documentation of event bookings
  • Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of long-term business relationships
  • Advice and support for customers regarding our range of events
  • Planning and implementation of tailor-made events with Bavarian flair
  • Management of the event team

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Customer orientation and enjoyment of sales
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Enthusiasm for Bavarian culture and tradition
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word)
  • Good knowledge of banqueting and reserving is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken English skills are required
  • Pleasure in dealing with international guests & international inquiries
  • Experience in sales and customer service, ideally in the events or catering sector

We are looking to support our team as soon as possible, an experienced

Full-time in-house technician (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Contact for external service providers and trade companies.
  • Ensuring the functionality of all technical systems.
  • Securing and rectifying faults within the scope of their qualifications.
  • Inspection of maintenance and repair measures as well as documentation of inspection and maintenance intervals in accordance with regulations.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Class B driver’s license an advantage.
  • Independent and responsible way of working.
  • Professional experience in the catering or hotel industry desirable.
  • Knowledge of the maintenance and repair of technical systems.
  • Completed training in electrical engineering or sanitary engineering is an advantage.
